Sidra Medicine, a Qatar Foundation entity, has successfully conducted Qatar's first Membership of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) Clinical Exam. The assessment involved fifteen examiners who evaluated 48 candidates from the region seeking certification from the Royal College of Physicians (RCP). This exam, administered by the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH), represents a crucial qualification for medical trainees aspiring to become certified pediatric specialists. Globally recognized, particularly in the UK and numerous international healthcare systems, this exam opens doors to greater career prospects and validates advanced clinical proficiency. Sidra Medicine stands as one of only six dedicated MRCPCH clinical exam centers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and one of just twelve globally. The institution intends to host the exam annually, with future plans to increase its frequency to twice a year. The hosting of this significant MRCPCH Clinical Exam at Sidra Medicine signifies a notable step forward.
